Student Support Manager

Responsibilites:
As a Student Support Manager, you will assist the Principal in the general administration of the school. You will provide over-all support to Student Related matters, administering and record keeping of students' academic progress including course offers, deferments and confirm graduation records. Handles effective communications and correspondences pertaining to students' inquiries and complains. Ensure proper scheduling of introductory talk dates, intake dates classroom utilization and staff timetable. Maintain regular updates of the institute's website and students' login-accounts. Undertake ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• be proficient in MS applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc);
• possess good communication, presentation and writing skills;
• be meticulous, independent and proactive;
• possess a positive self image and self driven with high integrity
• be a good team player with good inter-personal skill
• be able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task beyond job scope
• be Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status

Teachers for Children With Special Needs

SENIOR TEACHERS

Responsibilities:

• Teaching, planning, supervising, and implementing the program for the class.
• Demonstrate knowledge of curriculum and methods of implementation for students with special needs, including demonstrated ability to plan and set clear goals for individual students.
• Evaluate and maintain records of students' development.
• Ability to effectively apply assessment and reporting processes.
• Being responsible for the arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to work and play in.
• Demonstrate high quality classroom teaching skills using flexible, constructive strategies, with an ability to effectively include all students.
• Upgrade of the Study Programs, including course books, training materials.
• Research, Writing and Program Development.
• Demonstrate well developed communication skill.

• Candidate must possess Bachelor / Master Degree in Special Needs Education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communications skills with a service mindset.
